Good day to all,
UAE/middle East are apparently slightly behind the Customer experience maturity curve, with different customer expectations; traditional "western" way of thinking do not apply, I think.
Can anyone recommend some good bedtime reading about Customer experience in the developing countries, Middle East and Africa in particular?
