The Speaker's Bureau is a reservoir of talent for our members' next keynote or workshop event. Speakers promote your expertise and experience using the data form.

Contact Center Speaker's Bureau Introduction

Members can find appropriate speakers for their next keynote or workshop - quickly, easily, and cost effectively.

Members - to find speakers that "fit" in your desired topic use the search function on:

http://contactcenter.ning.com/group/contactcenterspeakersbureau/forum

Each speaker was asked to provide their unique "tags" and content - each is searchable!


Interested speakers fill out a data form describing their credentials.

The end users choose to search these speakers when they need help. End users will contact the speakers directly - there is to be no solicitation from the speakers to the end user members (as is consistent with the business rule for this site - no unsolicited selling).

Interested consultants can download the data form (which includes instructions) to build a profile (discussion thread) at: http://contactcenter.ning.com/group/contactcenterspeakersbureau/forum/topics/speaker-data-form

Speakers will keep their profile updated.
