The intent of this group is to support customer contact professionals by getting their technical questions asked and answered.
Helping Solve Technical Problems
CCPF members can ask a question or offer an answer. If you are having a contact center system problem, consider using this group as a starting point.
Experts are encouraged to help by offering your expertise or referring the person to another resource that helps answer their question. Expert answers could be a web site, another forum, a bulletin board, or any resource that provides (or leads to) a solution.
