Overview:
Telecom is an established provider of telecommunications services Australia wide, with international offices in New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore. Since its inception to the market, Aussie Telecom has demonstrated a growing interest in an array of voice, data, web, and mobile services and as a result has expanded its product line to meet the demands of both residential and corporate customers. As a response to the rapid expansion of Aussie telecom, we further established an international phonecard distribution entity, as well as a travel arm to offer our customers a complete end-to-end service.
We are attempting to stand apart from other providers. We believe in easy to understand products, pricing and terms that do not confuse the customer. We will have special offers like other companies, however customers will understand the pricing structure and the way they can obtain the special offers rather confusing terms and long term contracts.
Voice:
Offers a full suite of voice services to the marketplace at competitive and in most cases better than market pricing. We see ourselves as a ‘voice company’ offering other complimentary telecommunication services for our customers. With our target market, voice offerings and the savings customers receive on calls they make still being the biggest drivers for customer acquisition.
